Hot DJ Drops sells digital audio products, including custom DJ drops, personalized intros, voice tags, vocal samples and sound effects.

Review each product page before purchasing. The product description specifies the included audio, available customization, file formats, production options and delivery method.

Custom-script orders are produced using the wording and options you submit. Personalized packs and premade intros use established scripts or production concepts adapted to your DJ name, as described on the product page.

You are responsible for submitting accurate scripts, names, pronunciation instructions, delivery email addresses and other required order details. Please review these carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Delivery

Custom DJ drop orders are delivered by email within 24 hours after payment and receipt of your complete script and pronunciation instructions—guaranteed, 7 days a week.

Instant-download products are available to download after successful payment, as described on their product pages.

Check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive an expected delivery email. Contact sales@hotdjdrops.com promptly if your files are missing or inaccessible, or if your custom order has not arrived within the stated delivery time.

4. License and Permitted Editing

Unless a product page states otherwise, purchasing a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the audio in your own personal or commercial projects.

Permitted uses include DJ sets, mixes, radio shows, podcasts, livestreams, videos, events and promotional content.

You may trim, mix, adjust levels, add effects and otherwise edit the purchased audio for those permitted uses. You may publish or distribute your finished projects containing the audio.

You may not:

• Resell, share or redistribute the audio as standalone files, whether original or edited.

• Include the audio in sample packs, sound libraries or other collections intended for redistribution.

• Sublicense or transfer the audio files to another person or business without written permission.

• Claim exclusive ownership of non-exclusive samples, sound effects or other shared elements.

This license covers only the rights Hot DJ Drops is authorized to grant. It does not provide rights to third-party music or other materials you combine with the audio.

5. Refunds and Corrections

Because our products are digital audio files, sales are final once an order has been completed and delivered, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and any rights required by applicable law.

Duplicate purchases are reviewed under that policy. If a delivered file is corrupt or unusable, contact us so we can verify the issue and provide a working replacement.

If Hot DJ Drops makes a production mistake, we will correct it. Changes requested because of incorrect or missing customer instructions are handled according to the product details and our Return & Refund Policy.

These Terms do not override exceptions stated in that policy or limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

6. Payment and Security

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to payment processing.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and using a payment method you are authorized to use.

7. Intellectual Property and Customer Materials

Website branding, written content and original production materials remain the property of Hot DJ Drops or their respective rights holders. Purchasing audio grants the usage license described above; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

You retain any rights you hold in scripts and materials you submit. You grant Hot DJ Drops permission to use those materials to fulfill your order.

You must have the necessary rights or permissions for any scripts, recordings, voices or other materials you supply. You may not submit materials for unlawful impersonation or falsely imply an endorsement.

8. Technical Compatibility and Liability

Review product details and available previews to confirm suitability for your intended use. You are responsible for ensuring that your equipment and software support the listed file formats.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted Website access or compatibility with every device, application or third-party platform. If a delivered file is defective, contact us for assistance under our Return & Refund Policy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hot DJ Drops is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Website or products. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchased product is limited to the amount paid for that product.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not remove our delivery or correction commitments.
